My experience began well, with the friendly customer service. However, during my follow up visit, I was made to feel more like a burden. I paid $50 for a bouquet of hydrangeas (which seemed like a fair price), but after three days, they were completely dead. I had them in water, and gave them the flower food. I would like to think any fresh flowers from a flower shop would last a minimum of a week, or longer. Disappointed in the quality overall.

My wife and I hired Jacques to provide the flowers for our wedding and it was a pleasure to work with them during the process, which itself was extremely easy. They were very accommodating to any changes that needed to be done throughout the planning process and were very responsive if there was any questions or concerns. The flowers were delivered to the venue with plenty of time to prepare them for the event. They came out incredible, beautifully done. They also were able to supply the flowers for our cake and coordinated with the bakery so that everything was arranged perfectly. We would recommend them to anyone, for any event as we did not experience any hiccups along the way.

Today we had a celebration of life from my mother. I wanted a beautiful bouquet for the event. I could not have been happier with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. She loved lilies and they made sure to add plenty and it was so beautiful I cannot even describe how gorgeous they were. Thank you so much Adam you outdid yourself they were outstanding. Thank you so much again.

We cannot thank Jacques enough for creating the floral wedding of my dreams!! Truly I struggle to put into words the true magic that Jacque’s team was able to create for us on our wedding day. When I saw the room all together for the first time, I genuinely was left crying and speechless in the best way. We were so taken care of from the first consultation appointment to our actual wedding day. Not only were my husband and I genuinely blown away, our guests as well as our venue were all in awe of the beauty that they created for us that day. The pictures speak for themselves, but I genuinely in my wildest dreams could not have created the beauty they did that day. I will forever be singing Jacques praises and will always recommend them for any floral needs! Not only are their florals the most beautiful things you will ever see, but their team will truly make you feel like family and take care of you in ways that will warm your heart forever. Thank you Jacques from the bottom of our hearts for every part you played in making our wildest wedding dreams come true and creating the most magical florals ever!

Aimee & her team at Jacques Flower Shop were amazing. They were very responsive, and Aimee always provided me with lots of options to ensure I got exactly what I wanted while staying in my budget. They are a local small business, and I loved being able to support them. On the day before the wedding we got to stop by to preview the flowers. My husband decided he wanted to change his boutienierre while we were there...they said no problem, and again provided us with lots of options. They didn't make us feel like a burden. They also crafted the most beautiful eucalyptus garland for the sweetheart table, I wish I had better pictures. The arrangements were put together so well and they were exactly what I wanted!
